This business is a scam. They send out the wrong product then refuse to refund you. Leaving you out of pocket. I only put 1 star as you can't score less than 1. Please take your business to an organisation that isn't going to rob you. They have been reported to Trading Standards.

Have had my eye on a rocking horse for months. Finally decided to go and buy it and I'm over the moon with it. Lots of lovely horses to choose from and some gorgeous sculptures too. Ended up buying one of those aswell!! Angie was lovely and very friendly, didn't feel rushed into making any decisions.

Excellent customer service! A huge thanks to Angie. I received a pair of breeches which unfortunately were faulty. I sent a message to Elite Saddlery asking for an exchange and Angie responded very promptly and confirmed a date for the breeches to be collected and for the new ones to be delivered at the same time. I will definitely not hesitate to purchase from Elite Saddlery again!
