Visited Weybread Lakes Lodges. If you use the Sat Nav, it stops at the fishing lakes, continue another 100 metre and the entrance is on the left. You book yourself in and out, saw no one but there were phone numbers if needed anything. Leaving is by 9am, which is earlier than any other accommodation we have stayed at, was OK for us. The Lodge is made really well and has all you need for a break away. Ours had sauna, hot tub and massive TV. They ask to keep music sound down so not the disturb others but that was no problem for the us, it makes it so peaceful, can only hear birds singing and fish jumping in the lake. There is good WiFi. The hot tub is enclosed by fencing, giving privacy but missing the lake view, can only see through open door. The French doors in the bedroom was perfect for a view in the morning and the bed massive, as wide as long. We will book again

Just spent four nights in Kingfisher lodge, worth every penny. It’s a lovely quiet spot and super private, it’s one of the best accommodations we have stayed in, it was clean and everything was easy to use. Any questions I had, I just had to text and got a response quickly from Sally. It’s got superior views from the windows and even woke up to a deer outside which was magical! We got really lucky with the weather so it was nice to relax in the hot tub with the sun shining. Would definitely love to come back! An absolute 10/10 for a lodge. Would recommend to those looking for a tranquil break away from life/work.

As someone who has stayed at quite a few lodges like these around the country, I can honestly say this is the best to date. Everything about the accomodation was perfect, we requested details of the bed and bedding (I believe quite a few people do) as we have never slept so well. The accomodation was immaculately clean and the owners were there when needed. The location was extremely scenic, with lots of places close by when needed, but far enough to make the resort so peaceful. We are already planning a return visit, although feel it will be future VISITS, and become our regular haunt!

Just enjoyed a 4 night break at Maple Lodge. Accommodation was excellent. Not a spec of dust in sight. Gorgeous fittings and furniture. Excellent value for money. Highly recommend this place. Weather was hideous but you can't control that! We'll definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely break. Xx

Beautiful location with extremely well equipped luxury lodges. Sauna and hot tub along with very modern facilities, Lodge sleeps 2 perfect for a romantic getaway. Walks nearby and good location to explore Suffolk and Norfolk. Really great place and can highly recommend, probably the best lodge we have stayed in.

5 lodges set around a small lake. All lodges are for couples. Secluded but within an hour ofcthe coast ot other attractions. Luxury equipped lodges offer all you need. Hot tub, sauna, WiFi, TVs, music system, coffee machine (nespresso). Fully equipped kitchen. Everything you need for a great holiday. We stayed in the Heron, our second time at this site, different lodge but both great. This place is so good, dont tell anybody else, keep it secret!

Yeah way bread lakes is an experience everybody should have at one time in their life. My wife and I went away for a quiet long weekend and that is exactly and what we got, wildlife and beautiful scenery relaxing atmosphere and a luxury lodge to hide away from the stresses and strains of a busy work life. Adam was at the end of the phone if you wanted to hire fishing gear to fish the well stocked lake, I didn't fish but the 4 to 5 lb carp were sunning themselves outside our lodge by the reeds so I can vouch that there are fish.😉 Seriously this place was offered to us by hoseasons as a replacement for a problem that came up on our original booking somewhere else, But we came away with smiles and another top destination to put on our list to return to.

Again absolutely brilliant. I can't fault the accommodation. Lodge was fantastic. Hot tub Jacuzzi and sauna. What more can you ask for to relax. Great to get away from it all very relaxing.

This is our third visit to the Weybread lodges, this is a perfect romantic location for couples to getaway. We stayed in the Heron Lodge which has its own free standing bath with under floor heating, sauna and hot tub, perfect with twinkling candles or just simply to lay back and watch the stars. If you want to cook some romantic dinners the modern kitchen is well equipped. Connect to the surround music system which can be enjoyed in any room and relax to some music whilst sipping a glass of wine or two.... Alternatively it's not far from some very lovely restaurants. Beautiful views and decking surroundings which we enjoyed whilst eating breakfast and saying hi to the ducks!

The nicest and most private lodges I've stayed in. The couple that own and run it are nice. Lets all hope they never sell up. If this gets taken up by a large chain it would be a disaster. All lodges are slightly different. I've stayed in 3. All good. However, everyone has their own views. My partner really liked the Kingfisher Lodge, however, I disagree. It's got the best views of the lake I think but the location of the hot tub I'm not a fan of. It just feels like it's out of the way and you feel alone when in it. Also the lodge seems smaller to me. Both the Maple and Heron lodges are my favorite. The look of the wood in the Maple lodge is so nice in the winter, the view of the lake isn't as nice but everything else out ways that. I wish they'd pay someone to setup professional WIFI in the lodges however, as all the lodges have poor WIFI. But that's a minor detail considering the rest. Just don't expect to go there and do any remote working on their network. You'll never get anywhere. I don't fish but this is a perfect spot for people who do. With your own little deck for fishing or just admiring the lake and enjoying the funny ducks.
